DMC’s Mouliné Stranded Cotton is known worldwide for its gorgeous sheen and silky texture. Embroidery floss is an exceptionally versatile embroidery thread since the thickness of the thread can be modified to the desired weight. The 6 strands of DMC’s Stranded Cotton are easily separated. It is suggested to use one strand for really fine, detailed embroidery projects or for creating edges for color areas, two or three strands for slightly coarse embroidery, and four, five, or six strands for more coarse embroidery. Suitable for all sorts of embroidery. DMC’s Stranded Cotton is made from 100% mercerized cotton, holds 4 meters of thread per strand, and is available in an extensive range of solid and gradient colors.
