In our online store, the minimum order value is Gross 4000 HUF (Ft)

In our online store, we will start processing orders within 24 hours as per the agreement.
We are unable to modify the contents of the package, delay shipment, or hold it aside. Thank you for your understanding!

The language of the contract in our online store is Hungarian.

8. Delivery

The delivery of packages is carried out by the GLS courier service and parcel locker system. The estimated delivery time is provided by the online store during the checkout process and is also included in the confirmation email. You can arrange the delivery time by contacting the phone number provided in the confirmation email.
 

  • GLS delivery to home:



    Expected delivery time:     within 2 business days from the order placement.​
    Advantages: Flexible and fast home delivery. Email notifications are sent when the package is dispatched and on the day of delivery, providing a 3-hour time interval. Cash and card payment options are available for cash on delivery. It is possible to modify the delivery time with the courier.
     

  • GLS delivery to parcel locker / parcel machine:


    Expected delivery time: within 2 business days from the order placement.​
    Storage time at the locker: 5 business days.

    Advantages: Flexible and fast delivery to over 650 pickup points in 270 locations. The recipient is notified via SMS when the package arrives at the pickup point. Cash and/or card payment options are available depending on the pickup location.
     

  • iLogistic delivery to parcel locker:



    Expected delivery time: within 1 business day from the order placement.​
    Storage time at the locker: 5 business days.
    Advantages: Orders placed and successfully picked up by 1:00 PM can be collected on the same day at the designated time. Cash and card payment options are available. SMS notification is sent regarding the pickup opportunity.

    Opening hours: Mon-Fri: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sat: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sun: Closed.

  • MPL delivery to parcel locker / parcel machine / post office:
    Expected delivery time: within 2 business days from the order placement.

9. Delivery fees

Our delivery fees are the same throughout the country. We currently do not offer delivery outside of Hungary.

Our prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF).
 

  • ​GLS delivery to home:

    • For purchases between 0-14,999 HUF, the delivery fee is gross: 1,690 HUF.
      For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.

      Discounted delivery based on the basket value with GLS home delivery:

    • For purchases between 15,000-19,990 HUF, the delivery fee is gross: 24% discount: 1,390 HUF.
      For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.

    • For purchases between 20,000-24,990 HUF, the delivery fee is gross: 58% discount: 990 HUF.
      For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.

    • For purchases of 25,000 HUF or more: 100% discount, 0 HUF, meaning we cover the delivery fee.
      For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.
       

  • GLS delivery to parcel locker/parcel machine:

    • For purchases between 0-14,999 HUF, the delivery fee is gross: 990 HUF.
      For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.

      Discounted delivery based on the basket value with GLS delivery to parcel locker / parcel machine:

      • For purchases between 15,000-24,990 HUF, the delivery fee is gross: 11% discount: 890 HUF.
        For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.

      • For purchases of 25,000 HUF or more: 100% discount: 0 HUF, meaning we cover the delivery fee.
        For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.

  • iLogistic delivery to parcel locker:

    • ​For purchases between 0-99,999 HUF, the delivery fee is gross: 1,100 HUF.
      For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.
       

  • MPL home delivery:

    • The delivery fee is gross: 1,990 HUF.
      For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.
       

  • MPL delivery to parcel locker/parcel machine/post office:

    • The delivery fee is gross: 990 HUF.
      For cash on delivery: +450 HUF, which is the handling fee for cash on delivery.
